Personal Statement
As Associate Director of Biodiversity Research and Head Curator of the Natural History Collections, I direct the growth and development of the Gardens’ biodiversity research program including curation of the Gardens’ natural history collections and biological assets. My background is in plant evolution and taxonomy. I support the Gardens’ programs documenting biodiversity in the Southern Rocky Mountain region, investigating Colorado’s rare plant species, and improving both the physical and digital aspects of specimen collection and curation.
